In today’s topic, we will learn how to tell the difference between honeybees and a wasp. Wasps are generally more aggressive so it is important that we are able to identify them and stay clear if we want to avoid being stung
Key Differences between Honeybees and Wasps
1) Honeybees are furry whereas wasps have little or no hair
2) Honeybees are black/brown intermixed with amber while wasps are a bright black and yellow
3) Honeybees die after stinging but wasps are able to sting repeatedly
In conclusion, bees help serve a purpose and are less aggressive unless provoked whereas wasps are aggressive and better left alone.
P.S. This topic will set the scene for the next post. Stay tuned!
